- How do Skip and Super Skip work when several people buy one?
- Every Skip and Super Skip comes with a promise, and the site only sells one when it can keep every promise already made. If a spot is taken, the button says so and opens again after the next song plays.
- What if my Skip spot gets taken while I'm paying?
- Your spot is held for 5 minutes while you pay. If your payment comes in after that and the spot is gone, your song stays in the Standard line and the difference is refunded automatically.
- What if the show runs out of time before my song?
- Standard songs that don't get played move to the next Tuesday, at the front of the line.
- Does paying more help me win?
- No. Skip and Super Skip change when you're played, not how you're judged.
- What should I upload?
- A finished, mixed song as an MP3, WAV, M4A or AAC file up to 50 MB. Cover art is optional but shows next to your song in the live queue.
